The Patent Law and Practice Committee is responsible for (a) reviewing, bringing to the attention of the Association, and preparing position papers or documents on changes or proposed changes in Patent and Trademark Office practice, (b) reviewing and conveying to the Patent and Trademark Office suggested changes in Patent and Trademark Office practice, (c) performing special duties relating to Patent and Trademark Office practice and related areas as assigned by the President and/or Board of Directors, and (d) reviewing and reporting on patent laws, regulations and decisions.
