Calfee is seeking an associate attorney with 2-7 years of patent litigation experience to join our firm’s Intellectual Property Group in one of our Ohio or DC offices. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing and arguing motions, taking depositions, handling complex discovery, and preparing for trial. Must also possess superior research, analytical, oral, and written communication skills and thrive in a team environment.

Requirements include: a J.D. from an accredited law school, excellent academic credentials, and licensed to practice in Ohio.

Cooper Legal Group, LLC, an Intellectual Property law firm located in Hinckley, Ohio, is seeking an IP legal secretary/paralegal.  The position is primarily virtual/remote but to the extent practicable may require occasional on-site attendance to handle mail and/or the like.  The ideal candidate will have experience with docketing and patent and trademark prosecution.  Familiarity with electronic billing is a plus.  Depending upon the needs and skills of the individual, both full-time and part-time arrangements will be considered.  Exceptional compensation and benefits offered.
