Darrell G. Mottley, Attorney at Banner Witcoff in Washington D.C. and past president of the D.C. Bar. Attorney Mottley provides strategic counseling in intellectual property protection related to patent and trademark matters, including procurement, opinions, licensing and litigation. He practices in a variety of fields such as telecommunications, internet-related technology, computer-gaming, medical devices, semiconductors, mechanical technologies, and electro-mechanical technologies.
